Message to GOP Voters

There is nothing more important facing our country right now than the upcoming election.  We must remember to stay focused on the issues of the American people.  The once great Democratic Party has been hijacked by the enemy within, and they will not stop until our country resides in complete chaos.

The Democrats upon gaining control of the government will withdraw our soldiers from Iraq and give our enemy the largest victory against America in a very long time.  There would be no Gitmo; the terrorists jailed there would intermingle with the civilian criminals in our justice system and be given the rights of Americans in order to defend themselves and return to the battlefield.  The Democrats, under the leadership of Howard Dean, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi would undo every intelligence program our President has setup and leave us vulnerable to an attack that could rival 9/11.

President Bush kills terrorists every day he is in office.  Since his promise to take the fight to our enemy, tens of thousands of Islamo-fascists have been killed fighting us in Iraq and Afghanistan.  President Bush has proven his point with actions instead of words, and the proof resides in the fact that there have been no attacks on U.S. soil since 9/11 as a direct result of the vigilance of The President and the Republican Party.

Message to conservative bloggers:
Stop helping our opponents by allowing your emotions to get the better of you and renouncing the entire GOP.  This is not to say you are to stop doing your job.  Scream it from the rooftops when a Republican does or says something insane but for the love of God be specific.  Be responsible by exposing idiots when you find them, but be loyal to the GOP as a party while you do it.  A month before an extremely important election is not the time flake out.  I am not going to name names because many of these bloggers I have great respect for; you know who you are.

There are only two choices this year.  We can continue being proactive in the war against Islamo-fascism, or we can stop it all and fill our time with impeachment hearings while our enemy gets stronger and prepares to strike.  Make a responsible and informed decision.  Vote for the party that votes for you.  Vote Republican.

Taliban Defeats Frist

I can barely begin to describe my outrage after reading about this today.  Senator Bill Frist says the war against the Taliban can never be won and that we need to start negotiating in order to include them in the Afghan government.

Even after the updates at HotAir clarifying, I'm still outraged that he would make such irresponsible statements; especially this close to an election when so much is at stake.  If members of the Taliban want to be included in the Afghan government they need to leave the Taliban, at the very least.  It might be good if they stop murdering people too.

What do you do with stubborn murderers like the Taliban?  Kill them.  The Taliban should be destroyed, not coddled like Senator Frist intends to do.  I try not to harp on the past as a general rule; but we should have decimated that country and its inhabitants with overwhelming force in the name of justice for the American victims of 9/11.  Instead we were easier on them and worked with the "Northern Alliance" to win the initial conflict.  This type of strategy will be our undoing in the end and Frist is a prime example of that.

Senator Bill Frist, you make me sick.

If I try to write anything more all you will see is incoherent characters on your screen due to me banging my head on the keyboard asking the Good Lord, WHY WHY WHY!!!

God help us.

CA Dem to Pull Guard Troops From Iraq on Win

Check out the Associated Press story here at FoxNews.  Does this even surprise any of us?  I suppose not.  Yet another shining example of liberal defeatism in California.  It is amazing to me how people fulfill their own prophecies, all for self-validation.  It is more important that liberals are proved right on Iraq than it is for us to win the war.  So... this Democratic candidate in the California Governor's race is going to attempt to sabotage the U.S. Military in Iraq by pulling California National Guard troops out.  Who's got your back, American soldier?  Not Phil Angelides.

Krauthammer's Law

Charles Krauthammer as usual offers his singular wit and insight into Allen's (and everyone's) Jewish roots.  His article from Monday entitled Turning Up Jewish here at Townhall.com is a must read.  I'm not even going to paraphrase or make block quotes as a preview.  The article is fairly short and there is no way I could do it justice by summarizing.  Just hit the link and start reading; informative and entertaining.

My personal take on this race:  The Virginia race for U.S. Senate is disgusting and embarassing.  It should be embarassing to both sides but as usual the leftists are eating it up and dishing out more, seemingly on a daily basis.  The great state of the ever reserved and heroic George Washington has come to this?  Our greatest President is rolling over in his grave; Mr. Allen and Mr. Webb should be ashamed of themselves.  In my opinion, Allen and Webb are desecrating Virginian soil and should simply shut up and go away.

Bush's Promise

In my first post, I wrote this:

An indisputable fact- President Bush promised us, years ago, that he would take the fight to the terrorists on their soil so that we would not have to fight them here. We have killed thousands of terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan since he made that promise.

This could not be more true.  Lee Smith over at The Weekly Standard's website has an article that is required reading in my opinion, titled: Fighting Them Over There. The article basically says that Iraq does not breed terrorists but is more of a terrorist dumping ground.  My question is:  What did people think President Bush meant by his promise?  If memory serves, he was greatly supported on this at the time.  I guess the Democrats would rather us traipse across the greater Middle-East destroying one country after another in order to fulfill this mandate.  We know that is not the case because if left up to them we would be waiting here for the police to arrest terrorists after they completed their mission.  The debate over this is ridiculous.

Terrorists flocking to Iraq is a blessing.  The more of them we kill outside our borders, the better off we are.  We are not only helping ourselves by supporting military operations in Iraq, we are helping all the countries in the region dispense with their own Islamo-fascists.  We have essentially set a huge country-sized trap for our enemies and they are falling for it day in and day out as they die fighting the greatest military in the world.  We have killed more terrorists in Iraq than there were victims on 9/11; and I only see the margin between the two growing.  That is a good thing for anyone who was wondering.

The math on this is only arguable by the ignorant and the misguided.  Every single soldier we lose is a tragedy; however, our casualties when compared to previous wars against fascism and evil are dramatically low. 

If we leave Iraq any time soon then all the terrorists that are flocking to that country will disperse and begin to create chaos elsewhere.  They might even decide to pack up their toys and head on over to Afghanistan and help out the Taliban still fighting there.  From what I can see, that is exactly what the "progressives" in this country want:  Move all the terrorists in Iraq over to Afghanistan; that would make the hunt for Bin Laden so much easier.  Liberalism is truly a mental disorder.

The FoxNews Website

Whose brilliant idea was it to change the FoxNews website?  I swear to God, if I was in charge over there I would fire their web disigner.  I try not to gripe about the small stuff but their site has not just gone downhill, it's totally jumped off the cliff.  Truly one of the worst ideas they have had.  The site looks terrible.  FoxNews:  Fix it please!

Bill Clinton on FoxNews Sunday

I've been watching the news and listening to the radio for the last few days and, huge shock, everyone is talking about the Clinton interview on FoxNews Sunday with Chris Wallace.  If you are reading this blog and haven't seen it yet (which is highly unlikely I know) then you should head over to the FoxNews site or YouTube and make the time.  It is easily one of the most entertaining interviews I have seen in a while.

Conspiracy theories are flying as usual; from both sides I'm disappointed to say.  Depending on who you listen to on the right, Clinton either planned the outburst or completely lost control.  I've even heard one radio host say that Wallace and Clinton planned it together given the fact they both got what they wanted.  We won't go in to what the Democrat's version is because well, Clinton already told us in the interview.  I honestly don't know what I find more amusing:  Watching Clinton come unhinged or the huge response from all walks of media. 

What confounded me was the statement Clinton made about comparing his 8 years to the 8 or 11 months that Bush had before 9/11.  For most of us, that was the "math" that grinded our little gears to a halt.  That, and repeatedly citing Clarke's book as some kind of Bible on 9/11 and the years leading up to it.  This also counfounded me given the fact Clarke wrote about Clinton being more preoccupied with Monica than he was with Bin Laden, even going so far as to suggest that Clinton did not kill Bin Laden because of the politics surrounding Monica-gate.  Frankly, Clarke has flip-flopped so many times it is hard to know what he really thinks on any given day.  Either way, the book Clinton cites directly refutes what he says it supports.  A liar citing a liar to support his claims.  Surprised?

Will this help Republicans in November?  Maybe, it depends on the attention span of most voters for this kind of thing.  If the media keeps playing it over and over again it might actually help the Republicans.  If they don't, then undecided voters will probably forget by the time November rolls around. 

Will this affect his legacy?  No more than his Presidency has.

Setting the Tone

For my first post, I thought it appropriate to be blunt and set the tone for this blog. In that spirit I offer these general questions and comments in no particular order:

An indisputable fact- President Bush promised us, years ago, that he would take the fight to the terrorists on their soil so that we would not have to fight them here. We have killed thousands of terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan since he made that promise.

If you want national security to come first and be handled with at least a minimal level of competence; vote Republicans into Congress and the White House for the foreseeable future.

Is there a significant chance that a sleeper cell, or individual sleeper, is hiding out in Mosques in our country with radioactive material?

What can Americans do to protect themselves and their families against the threat of terrorism? How can average citizens help outside of the voting booth?

Will the media elite ever decide to actually help our country instead of spending the majority of its time tearing it down?

I hear there is some great waterfront property in Venezuela. I’m talking to you Ms. Sheehan!

The ongoing battle in Iraq is a testament to the generosity of America. We must strengthen our resolve and achieve decisive victory not only for our country, but for the Iraqi people.

How can 11 months be greater than 8 years?

If “progressives” want to treat terrorists and Islamo-fascists as a law enforcement problem, why aren’t they raiding Mosques suspected of harboring criminals?

Not giving the order to kill Taliban terrorists leaders because they were attending the funeral of another terrorist is indescribably stupid. This is why I wrote “minimal level of competence” in my second statement.

Why would a victim of torture believe that our enemies would not torture our troops if we would just stop water-boarding?

Is John McCain suffering from Stockholme's Syndrome? If so, then what is Lindsey Graham’s excuse?

Terrorist detainees at Gitmo are throwing feces and urine on our troops while leftists, collaborationists, and appeasers in this country defeat our efforts to correctly process these murderers at every turn.

Leaking classified information is a crime punishable by jail time in this country.

Beware the enemy within.
